Studio AR13 was built on one conviction: that every project deserves to be treated as if it were the only one.
This belief hasn't changed since we founded the studio in 2018. If anything, it's become more deliberate.

Studio AR13 itself began as a conversation between two architects, Himalay Goraniya and Hiren Patel, who had been batchmates and close friends long before they became partners here. When they started the studio, they weren't chasing a market gap so much as a way of practising that felt true to what architecture should be: thoughtful, personal and built to last.
The studio started with interiors and product design, gradually expanding into architectural renovations and full-scale buildings. Today, Studio AR13 works on high-end residences, hospitality projects and institutional spaces, but the scale of the ambition has always been less about project size and more about depth of engagement.
We are a team of six. We intend to grow mindfully, into a focused 20-person practice, because quality, for us, is not a brand value. It's a working method.
