Spreading across an elaborate plot, this project responds to the region's growth as a spiritual and cultural tourism destination, offering an elevated retreat for leisure travelers and a distinguished venue for destination weddings and events.

This arrangement creates an uninterrupted flow right from the entrance, with two primary axes guiding movement, one towards the reception and hotel facilities, the other providing direct access to the central event lawn designed for traditional ceremonies and large gatherings.

The resort is divided into three distinct zones: a highway-facing arrival area with parking and alluring landscape, a central hospitality core housing accommodation and amenities, and a sea-facing zone dedicated to beach activities and shared facilities.

The resort adopts a low-rise built blending naturally with the coast. Located within a sensitive construction zone, the design prioritizes eco-conscious planning, controlled built areas and efficient waste management strategies, balancing environmental responsibility with contemporary luxury.

Rajshakha Resorts & Hotels aims to establish itself as a landmark hospitality destination, appealing to international tourists and positioning Porbandar as a key leisure hub along Gujarat's western edge.
